Purpose of the messages
Messages are used only for home-project quote requests, scheduling, project updates, and related follow-up questions. They are not used for marketing or promotional messages.
How consent is obtained
Initial contactJimmy Honsinger, or an authorized representative, first contacts the contractor by phone or email.
Clear verbal requestBefore any automated text is sent, the contractor is told the purpose of the messages and asked for permission to receive them.
Affirmative agreementThe contractor must expressly agree. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving work or payment.
Consent recordThe contractor’s name, phone number, date, time, and method of consent are recorded before messages are sent.
